How to Use The Mouth Guard?

1. Put it to a cup of boiled water (175℉-180℉) for about 30 seconds until mouth guard soft;

2. Rinse the surface of the braces with cold water for about 2 seconds, then put it to your upper teeth;

3. Recommend: sipping water before putting in the mouthguard to moisten your mouth;

5. Put it into your mouth, adjust the guard to a comfortable position, bite the teeth 10~15 seconds, and squeeze the upper lip by hand to make the guard fit the teeth;

6.  If it fits your teeth, Put in cold water for shaping.
