Each set of parallettes are individually handmade in our workshop in Brighton, UK. We shape, paint and pack every set of bars.

Our designs are continually being perfected and tested by calisthenics, fitness trainers, gymnastic athletes and hand balance experts around the world.

We’ve been making these parallettes bars since 2016.

The main muscle used in these different exercises are the anterior deltoid, but also the chest, shoulders, upper back, abdominal, lower back area, and glutes also play important roles.

NOTE: These parallette bar handles are all individually handmade and painted, they are NOT factory manufactured. Each parallette will have subtle variations with colours, size and natural wood markings. Some will have knots and other wood-grain markings. If you don’t like the natural markings please check our hardwood ranges.

HANDMADE IN THE UK – ZERO PLASTIC – We’ve been making bars since 2016 in Brighton & Hove after running our own workshops in Calisthenic and handstand training. We began making bars to improve our own skills which lead to create Mini P Barz. The perfect parallettes for beginners and advanced athletes.
SOLID CONSTRUCTION – These Micro size Mini P Barz parallettes are ready to use out of the box. We shape each parallels by hand then screw and glue the joints for solid weighted construction. The wide base includes rubber non-slip feet to help even weight distribution and prevent slipping during exercise. L-22cm H-9cm W-9cm Hand grip- 35mm (Sizes are approx). Max user weight 110kg.
